Close to the Haram and there’s good food around.

Close to the Haram and there’s good food around. Nice environment felt like being home in South Africa, especially Juma time.

It was perfect for me, I have no complaints, Alhamdulilah. I will stay here the next time I visit Makkah, insha-Allah.

Not bad.

Mecca is the holy place and it is very nice and clean and it is a holy divine place.

My trip purpose is pilgrimage, hotel staff is not friendly and the property is not close to the place.

Fair enough

In general place was nice and clean. No free food availabe not even Arabic Coffee except water. Moreover We use Booking to get best prices but we descovered that other guests have better Prices for same date

Overall nice and good but the place was far little bit from Haram therefore price of 130 Saudi Riyal was not fair

Staff,clean,room size ,good working Ac.no body ask for tip,i pay with credit card,I left one day early they pay back cash with taxes to me

Location is 0.5mile away ,when you back from Haram little steeper

Good for young traveler looking for cheap hotel

The price is very cheap maybe the cheapest. A/C is very good I think its new. 10-15min to haram. Staff is very friendly and they let me check out late. check out is fast about 10sec! Its not a bad hotel but don't expect much, Book only for price if you can afford more book near the haram.

Feels more like apartment than a hotel, I didn't like the shower its small and water will falls to the floor The bathroom smell little bad but I didn't complain about it maybe it was only my room. WIFI speed is fair but not good for voice chat. Room were small and no windows.

The distance to alharam is more the 1km and had a problem with the AC and the next day we had to change room. The rooms & bathrooms need renovation it’s too old.

Compared to what you pay, it is more than expected.

12-15 minutes walk to Haram.. 15-20 minutes from Haram to Hotel ! (to Haram the road is sloping down.. from haram it is sloping up). you do the math based on your conditions (hot weather, elders, fasting, children ..etc) No insects seen. Staff are friendly. Allowed for early check-in. Very very super fast check-in & check-out! Nearby supermarket, cafeteria, fruits & vegetables, salon, gifts shop (although it is not nearby to main shops area).

Elevator is little tight. No arranging for taxies to or from airport is available. No room service (although I never asked). Room is little tight. TV was not clear (but I never asked for replace).

Given the price tag, you can consider staying for a short trip if you are alone.

Prices are competitive.

It not near to the grand mosque as claimed in the hotel info. Also, the map is not showing the correct location of the property and it is difficult to find.

Quite far from the haram it’s not 10 mins walk as they say on the website its actually it’s close to 35 mins walk easily close to 2 km .

The only good thing is staff is very sweet & helpful, apart of that nothing is ok.

Staff is very helpful & speak English & Urdu.

Almost 1 km away from Haram & this is definitely not a suitable option for old persons (above 55)

rapport qualité/prix correcte A l'arrivée, le personnel m'a laissé le choix entre 2 chambres. La première était vraiment pas bien, la deuxième était très correcte. Encore une fois, cela correspond au prix payé.

l'odeur dans l'ascesseur était mauvaise. Une pancarte au niveau de la porte de l'hotel avec le nom de l'hotel serait bien. Je suis passé devant l'hotel sans pouvoir le voir.
